SUBMISSION: Chimp Portrait - April 2015 by Craig Price

This gentle chimp sat with me for 20 or so minutes as I photographed his face. A touching moment between long lost cousins. The face of our cousin the ape is a true look at our own history and humanity. How can you not look into their eyes and not see our own beginnings? My hope is each photo I take of a primate, endangered or not, will reflect our own sense of humility, compassion and understanding.
