With every breath you take, with every drop of water you drink, we are connected to the sea.
But while there are infinite reasons to love and respect the ocean, it can sometimes feel like the human race is doing everything in its power to harm it. In her Seascapes series, As she continues to explore the Florida Everglades, Biscayne Bay and surrounding areas. This time focusing in what lies underneath. Painting exclusively with palette knives in a semi abstract style, freed her to discover magical places, inhabited by mysterious creatures where everything is new and exciting. Places where texture, movement and color emerge in perfect harmony. She wants to remind us of how precious and delicate a resource the ocean is and how desperately we need to protect it.
