As a contemporary realist painter my two main goals are to search for ways to interpret, express and create forms in a manner that is uniquely my own. And to achieve a balance in my work where classicism and abstraction can successfully coexist. My work focuses primarily on the human figure and nature. Using traditional materials, methods and techniques it is my aim to produce paintings with the quality and craftsmanship of the Old Masters, while simultaneously making sure that they are meaningful and significant in today's world.
