Tiger at night by Janet Chalif. All Rights Reserved.

When I produce my art, I want the viewer to share in my love of nature. This includes animals, seascapes, and landscapes. I use many mediums including, colored pencils, pastels, watercolor, pen, and acrylics. I love vibrant colors that convey a sense of freshness and excitement, especially when doing my coastal type drawings and paintings.

I worked for many years as a Pharmaceutical Representative in a Fortune 500 company for many years and wore suits on a daily basis. Now I enjoy the creative unstructured life of an artist which I find very liberating. I live in South Florida and when I am not creating art, I like to boat, hike, and bike.
