SUBMISSION: Rocky Mountain Meow by Alex Alvis

ENDANGERED: Fine Art & Photography Contest 2017 Submission.

Rocky Mountain Meow by Alex Alvis. All Rights Reserved.

Alex Alvis' work is spiritually provoked and achieved because of an amazed perspective of the shifting world dynamic surrounding her life on the Colorado prairie under the watchful gaze of the Rocky Mountains. Inspired by the freedom and grit of the roaming wild horse bands, and empathetic of the struggling endangered animal species holding on to existence in this fragile land, Alvis' works inspire and ignite the imaginations of her collectors. She graduated with a BA from USF in 1998 and works full time in her Northern Colorado studio. Her award winning sculpture is internationally collected and represented exclusively through galleries from Vail, Colorado to Beijing, China.
