ENDANGERED: Fine Art & Photography Contest 2022 Submission
Art has been a part of my life since I was four years old. I grew up with the love and passion for art. Under the guidance of my talented father, I progressed from pencil drawings to painting. I have worked in pencil, charcoal, conte crayons, oils, watercolor, and acrylics. Art has been my hobby, profession, relaxation, and my psychological therapy; but always my passion.
Art is a learning curve, and I constantly strive to improve with each painting. Most of my work has been about nature and the animals that inhabit our planet. I paint both domestic and wild animals; mammals, birds, fish and occasionally butterflies. Lately my work has been concentrated on endangered species, and those which may be near endangered. I paint to bring awareness to how precious these natural entities are and how much we will lose if not protected.
I have both originals and Giclee’ prints. 10% of all art sales is donated to the Worldwide Wildlife Fund for Animals.
