ENDANGERED: Fine Art & Photography Contest 2021 Submission
This BumbleBee was hiding under a Large Milkweed Leaf in my garden in spring this year during a storm in early evening. Milkweed, although I have it planted to help sustain the Monarch Butterfly Caterpillar, who eats this milkweed until it bare by fall, attracts more than just butterflies and when it blooms in spring, the bees love the nectar the flowers feed them. I took this photo with my Olympus TG-6 Camera on Microscopic Setting using a flash as well. This was my first time using this camera. I was very happy with the results!
