ENDANGERED: Fine Art & Photography Contest 2019 Submission
The persistent theft of turtle eggs and their consumption by humans have driven sea turtles to the brink of extinction. With the permission of wildlife and nature photographer Steven Fish, and in his memory, I have based my painting Messengers from the Past on one of his underwater shots.
