The tiger is a cool animal. The Siberian tiger is the largest cat in the world. Its fighting power is very strong. The other lions and tigers are all pediatrics in front of him. But I also know that their numbers are very small, because people continue to destroy their homeland-the forest! I don't want this big cat to disappear, I hope people can protect them.

I like tigers very much, it is like a big cat, and the pattern is also very beautiful. My mother said that the number of it in our country and even the whole world is very small. I watched some video materials, and I want to record them but I don’t want them to become memories.

In this piece I used ink pen to create intricate detail of the Tigers’ features, highlighting the true beauty of the species. The stylization calls back to tradition Chinese art and appreciation of the tiger. A black background represents an increasing approach to wild extinction as the amount of Tigers left in the wild rapidly decease.

The black-footed Ferret- a symbol of hope for Endangered species? When creating this piece I did a lot of research on the black-footed ferret. I originally chose this subject because they were cute, but after taking the time to learn more about this endangered species, I have realized they are so much more. This beautiful animal was first listed as extinct in 1979, then downgraded to endangered in1982. In 1996 they were again listed as extinct in the wild and again downgraded to endangered in 2008. Teetering on extinction for decades, but they still survive. They won’t give up and we shouldn’t give up on them either! In fact breeding programs have helped reintroduce black-footed ferrets back into the wild in their natural habits. And recently a black-footed Ferret named Elizabeth Ann was the first- ever clones U.S endangered species. To me this is hope for the future of Endangered animals in North America. My drawing shows the black-footed ferret alone in “superhero” stance.

The wolves used to be endangered, but humans teamed up to help the wolves. Now wolves are not endangered. If humans can work together, we can save the animals and the planet.

I learned that humans kill sea turtles and take their shells. I painted my sea turtle and put beautiful gems and pearls on its shell because we need to let the turtles live with their beautiful shells. Also, we need to clean the litter in the ocean so they have a safe place to eat.

This piece is a reminder to the viewers what type of situation endangered species on earth faces right now. Grass and the arid environment of the animals are portrayed in black-and-white or gray, showing the lifeless environments the animals live in. A desperate fish and snake lead the viewer's attention to a cross. Under a shining white cross sits a small pond of water and grass, which is the only thing exuding vibrant colour. The art piece is named "Last Hope", as in there is still a bit of light for the animals, and it depends on us, the humans to decide their fate. Animals within the drawing are elephants, leopards, rhino and more. Those are animals that are facing a serious extinction crisis. It is my hope that my work will influence viewers and encourage a positive change.

In today’s society we don’t admire the benefits that nature provides for us. Through my art, I want to help symbolize the benefits that all creatures convey to us. It’s those minor details that help us live each day today at a time. My art is more than just an illustration but a declaration of growth, life, and what the little things that fulfill for us and our society. I hope that within tiny details and through the bigger picture, you will be able to discern the critical message behind my artwork.

Many people do not know that each giraffe has unique spots. Giraffes are important to the world and populations have declined over the years. Only 60,000 giraffes remain in the wild. I want my viewers to see the peace in my giraffe’s eyes.
My hope is for the world to be at peace like these graceful creatures.
