Turtle Town by John Leben. All Rights Reserved. I painted this picture directly in my Apple computer. I used the finished digital image as a printing plate to produce a limited edition print on canvas using my Epson 7890 ink jet printer using archival-quality pigment-based ink. I treated the canvas with 3 coats of a UV protective coating.

The noble tortoise breaks free of his earthly roots carrying the promise of a safe and mobile life in a world grown weary of hunger, disease and over-crowded cities. Painted in 2015.
