To create works of art that express the beauty of the world yet capture the emotional joy and turmoil has always been my goal. My style ranges from figurative to dream-like landscapes, capturing surreal moments. Mixed-media & sculpture pieces are chronicles of the human condition from representational to non-objective abstracts.
Painter and mixed-media artist, Abstract Alexandra, creates works of art through intensive subject research and observation. From contemporary to abstract forms of nature her original paintings and mixed media works are multilayered images designed to show the fragility and instability of our seemingly certain reality in order to evoke thought. By exploring the concept of form and fauna in a nostalgic way.
Abstract Alexandra currently exhibits throughout the United States and creates masterworks in her studio at LAC Gallery in Lexington.
