SUBMISSION: Don’t Let the Sun Set on Us by Alison Irving
Don’t Let the Sun Set on Us by Alison Irving. All Rights Reserved. I have chosen to depict two endangered species: the South China Tiger and the Snow Leopard. The sky in the background represents that time is running out on these beautiful animals; soon the sun will set. We must protect them before they see their last sunset. It is estimated that the populations of the South China Tiger and Snow Leopard are as low as 30 and 4,000 respectively. If we don’t do something now, it will be nighttime and these animals will disappear forever.
