The Red Knot Cafe, a limited edition bronze by Jim Green of South Dakota. "These 3 Red Knot Sandpipers are feeding on eggs laid by a horseshoe crab. Both species are on the watch list due to climate change and habitat destruction.

As a bronze sculptor I use clay to bring the subjects that I love so much within reach of my audience. I attempt to convey with my sculpture my love of nature along with a message of conservation. I use balance, proportion, and subtle movement as key elements to provoke an emotional response that suggest a story as individual as the person who sees it."
