Endangered Art4Apes announces a call for artists for Endangered Art and Photography Contest 2016.

This global, juried, online art contest focuses attention on the plight of endangered and threatened species and habitats. The challenge is to interpret Endangered through either a celebration of the beauty of endangered or threatened species/habitats or an illustration of the threats faced.

Entry fees $25.

• Cash prizes of $2,750 will be awarded for the top 3 entries in each category: fine Art, photography, and wearable art.
• There is a special category for Young Artists with birthdays on or after October 1st, 1998, which attracts $500 in prizes (entry fee $5).
• A selection of entries will be exhibited in Miami November 28-December 1st 2016.
• We post all entries on our Facebook page and website and a selection go out over other social media.

All entry fees are donations to the Center for Great Apes.
