The Toronto Zoo is home to a troop of Western Lowland gorillas one of whom is named Ngozi. She is 24 years old and the mother of four-year-old Charlie. I love photographing and drawing Ngozi because of her distinct features. Drawing in white emphasizes her uniqueness each mark chosen on purpose.
