ENDANGERED: Fine Art & Photography Contest 2021 Submission

I created this piece to push my limits and use colors that I'm not comfortable with; However, I soon fell in love with it and added more and more until I found it complete. I created this painting for my mother, who loves elephants very much. I am very appreciative for this art opportunity, and thought that an elephant painting would be very appropriate, considering the severity of their endangerment.
