ENDANGERED: Fine Art & Photography Contest 2021 Submission

We only have one world; protect it. As young as I am I have lots to say and statements to make. I enjoy creating art that speaks to me and hopefully to others, spreading some sort of message, such as stop plastic waste, or be your own definition of beauty. Not every piece I do has a purpose, but that doesn't make them any less valuable. The piece I have just completed - ""Message in a Bottle"" - contains Kemp Ridley's sea turtles, a turtle that is on the endangered list. If we don't minimize our plastic consumption and call out big corporations for the damage they are doing to our world, those turtles and many other creatures may disappear off the face of the earth forever. In the end, it's up to us.
