ENDANGERED: Fine Art & Photography Contest 2021 Submission

I have studied people and animals all of my life, and paint portraits of people and animals, both domestic and wild. I studied at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. I use many mediums, oil paint, acrylic, pen and ink , graphite, and pastels. I am currently focused on painting with oils. By carefully observing the behaviour and habits of animals and people I try to render accurate depictions of each so as to capture the essence of each.
