This image was recognized by the Editors of National Geographic and exhibited on the Nat Geo website. Caribbean Flamingos are the only flamingo to naturally inhabit North America. About 4 to 4.5 feet tall with a wingspan of about 5 ft. They are deep pink/red/orange in color.
