This work talks about the emptiness a human being can feel inside and how try to fill it. A gorilla is raising his hand in the middle of unrelated words to symbolize the solitude of humans in front of life. The presence of the gorilla is a metaphor of greatness and strength ahead of life.

I studied mural painting in Barcelona because big surfaces attract me since I was a child. At 15 years old I started to work as a librarian, the close contact with people awoke in me the need of comprehension and develop through painting the existencial depth and the human conduct subjects.

Professionally I am a mosaic expert in the trencadís technique.

I trained myself to paint with watercolours, oils, above all painting landscapes in situ. I do love oils and watercolours , both have been present in my art until today.

I have been interested in human existence since I was a young girl. Questions like: how we are or how we behave have always been an intellectual curiosity, just a non stop search with the good company of literature, philosophy and art so that I could find a suitable language to explain my concerns.

The wide series' Conducts-A series about apes' (135 works) talks about human behaviour through ape's faces. To understand our behaviour we must understand our ancestors too.
