ENDANGERED: Fine Art & Photography Contest 2018 Submission.

Inspired by the animals I've seen during a safari in Zambia I started painting wildlife. Painting every layer and every single hair one by one is a time-consuming process, but nothing is more satisfying than slowly bringing a blank canvas to life.

Cynthia Meiring from the Netherlands creates realistic paintings using acrylic and oil paint. As she started painting only a few months ago, she is still exploring and growing in style, but she is more than happy to contribute to the awareness of world's endangered wildlife.
